· Rocks with a relative content of terrestrial clastic min erals greater than 50% are deﬁned as siliceous clastic rocks (SCR), while those that hold more than 50% of carbonate are called limedolostone rocks (LDR). Rocks with minerals relative content of each type below 50% are called mixed siliciclasticcarbonate rocks (MSCR).
This dataset contains digital models of three carbonate (Indiana limestone, Estaillades limestone and Edwards Brown Dolomite) and two sandstone (Bentheimer and Bunter) cores with varying degrees of heterogeneity types and length scales. The models define the spatial distribution of porosity and capillary heterogeneity, and can simulate core floods.
Examples from sandstone and carbonate oil/gas reservoirs ( current East West Africa basins) are also taken into consideration.
